Ground Investigation

Phase 1 Desk Study Reports on potential development sites to include mineral stability, existing services and preliminary risk assessment. Phase 2 Geo-Environmental physical investigations by trial pitting and boreholes to establish ground support conditions, mineral stability and contamination status. Reporting with foundation recommendations and environmental risk assessment.

Topographical Surveys

Arranging full topographical land survey in 2d and 3d CAD format to include level contouring and plotting of all visible features.

Drainage Surveys

Arranging cctv surveys and probing for sewer condition, alignment and level.
